You almost have it worked out.
The commencement of the agreement, isn't until WKT achieves the 15ktpa annual export rate. This means Wogen needs to secure sales for atleast 15ktpa to start the agreement, You might start to understand why the announcement states "Production Phase"
Was there any reason you avoided showing the full terms of the agreement (including termination)
Another section of the announcement which might need discussion is the following section
The announcement states "The full export production of Lindi Jumbo shall be sold to Wogen". Yet you claimed
"Additionally, as you are aware, Walkabout also has several other binding and non-binding term sheet agreements in place for the 40,000 t/yr of flake graphite expected to be produced by the project."
How is it possible to have additional offtake agreements when Wogen has the rights to all of WKT's production?
