It's not hard to understand if WKT needs to inject the minimum US$2mil via a capital raising, the family will suffer less shareholder dilution if the SP is higher.
This is what is meant by protecting the SP.
You should be more objective about tweets that come from a family that controls around 5% of the shares of WKT.
If things are going as well as you claim, why are the directors not buying on market themselves?
