@Croc-file, Australian Mining Regulations consider 1000v to be LOW VOLTAGE. Any voltage above 1000v is considered to be HIGH VOLTAGE.
Mine workers are frequently required to walk through or stand in water whilst submersible 1000v pumps are dewatering. It's the nature of the work environment. The same applieRosss to flotation concentrators which process 3 to 4 tonnes of water per tonne of ore. Workers are constantly hosing down equipment and concrete floors with water draining to sumps before being pumped to the process water pond for recycling.
