I know from previous investor meetings and informal conversations afterwards, the company at that time advised there are aspects to releasing announcements that are important to other interested parties. At that time it was lenders and they had to be careful what they released. Now it probably customers and the company may only want to give definitive figures once they hit nameplate capacity and certainty of production.
Shareholders are important but so are customers and at this stage they need to show consistency not monthly updates while they are still finding the right combination of processing. Some great progress but they would have probably had some set backs as well.
