I have not seen tweets of drilling, blasting or mining, but I'd regard those as routine operations by the mining contractor TNR. I have no idea how often blasting would be required in a mine of this size, but doubt that it's a significant event worthy of reporting every time.
"Mining operations...continue in accordance with..." means that the the contractor will deliver a truckload of stuff to the processing plant when it's needed there.
