As your research shows, the minimum payments are 2,266,400 TZS per year, This works out to be an annual salary of US$832 per year,
Or US$16 per week, or US$3.2 per day.
Stirer mentioned yesterday "white supremacy" but it appears to be modern slavery for a project you claim is making US$1000 per tonne of free cash margins.
