yet the company has diluted its shareholders, failed with raising funds and are unable to stick to any time line.

With the credit cards all most maxed out and interest coasting US$400k per month, one has to wonder how the company can survive without another life line.

Instead of shareholders calling out management, you continue to spin a web of BS, trying to suck in any investor you can.
