any funds that were used to possibly purchase the bus would have been from the commercial loans or funds that should have been used to offset the debt and the company hasnt achieved breakeven on their production or achieved a positive income
WKT's loans with Gemcorp come with an interest rate of 19.38% and 21.38%, do you not consider the loan as credit card rates?
What rates are you seeing on your credit card?
CBA offer numerous business credit cards with interest rates starting from 13.99%.
I personally believe Wkt would have hired/leased the bus rather than purchasing it out right, they are not flushed with cash and I cannot see Gemcorp or the Tanzania banks lending the funds to purchase a mini bus.
It seems a little odd to purchase a mini bus over the company owning its own mining fleet.
