    I'm pretty sure it's had at least one breakdown in the processing plant - something to do with graphite dust in electrical circuits.

    A breakdown in the mine itself should be less of an issue. If a truck or excavator takes a few weeks to repair, there's already a stockpile at the ROM pad.
