Don't fret about the plant.....
What you really want to see is commercial product.
A plant is not worth a bumper if it won't produce a commercially acceptable product at a price that leaves some margin for profit.
Building the plant is the easy bit compared with actually delivering product on spec at the right overall cost.
Hmmmmmmm - would you honestly think that this team can do it?
Everything costs more and takes longer than anyone ever dreamed.
