They have a 2 year loan to pay off first. They may also need some capital to expand the mine, not much needed for 50% but may expand it to 100% before dividends are paid.
They also have the other Graphite deposit in the north and there is Armani which both could prove to be worth more investment in the next few years.
And there has been talk in the past of the company developing projects with foils or other downstream graphite products.
not that interested in dividends if the company keeps developing high margin projects like Lindi Jumbo.
