I would hardly call it accumulation, Shareholders have not had any other option than to take part in the capital raisings, where the company has run out of funds twice in recent times and offered heavily discounted capital raisings to keep the company from seeking external appointments.
Was it 96Blitz that stated, investors needed to take part in the capital raisings to protect their original investment, this trend has happened many times, I did find it pretty funny with the "Priced to Sell" CR, many of the LTH in the T40 didn't take part in the offer.
Is it a case of Pump on HC, to protect your original investment, yet you don't believe enough in the project or have committed any additional funds or is it you don't want to risk losing more?
