@spid81 "What would be a reasonable time frame" ... stupid question as that's anyone's guess. The committee meeting could be scheduled for early next week for all we know.
"will these terms be acceptable to WKT?" ... absolutely In my opinion. Given they already signed a term sheet and this was the best out of 5 options to choose from, chances of being unacceptable are highly unlikely. Not saying they can't or wont change slightly from original term sheets already agreed to
