Oversimplification and incorrect. So many more variables come into play. Strip Ratio's, processing costs (gas or diesel), mining cost per ton (hard/soft rock, depth, access points, size of deposit, recovery rates, capex requirements, haulage distances, proximity to infrastructure, proximity to other deposits etc.
RMS don't have overly large processing plants to feed, or even uneconomically low-grade ore sources. Their UG feed is above average grade. Their OP feed is above average grade.
