If the heat flow modelling was accurate that should get them to 150 C. A initial seismic survey should be done to check the thickness of the basin (if it's only 1.5 km then don't bother) and if there any major faults associated with surface hot springs. However I'd also want taxpayers to chip in a large part of the exploration cost as well.
