fwiw SRK proposed a bitumen in 2019. As far as i know, that was the first time bitumen was ever thought of and it was a completely new angle on an otherwise uninteresting oil shale project.
the sustained fall creates all sorts of doubts, sure, but i have zero doubt in Pokerfaces comments re customer interest and them participating at both shareholder and offtake level.
aaand knowing Neil paid 19c for $230k i doubt any deal would be struck much less than that.
