Sea was at 50cents because investers and traders think it will generate a good cashflow within a couple of years.
However, it failed and hence share price dropped.
For now, it had a very strong support line at 10cents, (imo it's because the cashburn was very slow compare to other oil producing/explorers, it also explained why share price dropped a lot before CR - more cashburn than anticipated)
Generally, if the drillings goes well, the share price will be at least 40 cents (mkcap around 100m),earnings will become positive within a couple of years, and P/E will be around 18 to reflect the energy sector avarage or higher if they have more success in the near future.
However, the above is my sentiment and experience, it's not financial advice. Good luck holders and traders.
