So DEV gets a 37% holding in Lachlan Star and 2% net smelter royalty for assets which the Company is too busy elsewhere to do them justice.
Also LSA gets the benefit of the experience of two directors from DEV on their board.
What's not to like ??
Now we should wait to see how they plan to commercialise the Kennedy REEs - if that proves feasible, which I expect it should, DEV is going to move so fast you all could end up in the wrong Time Zone.
