I dunno much either dunnomuch but I do know I would be getting a second quote on that driveway.
So you have just bought 100,000 shares for a trade lets say at 30c each. And you are hoping for a rise of 9 or 10c which is roughly 10k profit which is what a big driveway not at mates rates would cost..... fair enough.
I find what doesn't work in life is basing an expected sale price off what I want or what I need or even worse often in the case of cars what it owes me. People can be so far off the money of predicted sales price when they work it back from what they want.
Its what the market is prepared to pay for any given commodity on the day.
For your sale price of 40-41.5c per share Devex will have to have its biggest daily rise ever, break a new psychological barrier (40c) and do it all based off the results of another companies air borne surveying.
Now I am usually one of the biggest bulls in the paddock here AND we do IMO have a large chance of having some of the same minerals as CHN on our Sovereign Hills leases Both of them and a decent chance on our southern leases too.
But IMO some of this is already factored in by investors in DEV. We have already had good reassay results from our Sovereign Hill plot provided by our bauxite searching partner there. What Im saying is if you expect big rises you need to expose yourself to big risk.
IMO DEVEX will go up less than what you are hoping tomoz on what are expected to be positive results from CHN but also go down very little if these results were not very good as is expected.
We are moving away from penny status.
There are a couple of true penny wanna be Julimar plays that will have greater rises or losses based off what CHN come out with tomoz but there is more risk with them too as many of these stocks are one trick ponies. And they may not even have a trick yet.
DEVEX has multiple plays on the go and might go up a few cents (off a brilliant CHN announcement) but 10c sounds like a big ask I have to be honest.
I would be getting a quote from a concreter who liked to be paid in cash, I won't racial stereotype but Mama Mia it can't be too hard to find one and see if the 10k driveway can be done for 5k. Hope DEV rises 4 or 5c which sounds more reasonable to me on CHN bringing a big rabbit out of the hat and Roberto is your Uncle!
