Wow...thats so cool, the chances of that Second 1998 are astronomical! It would have had people gasping (some crying no doubt). Thats probably the same chance as winning Powerball!
But like all probability it has to happen sometime. The point being with my post, if you have a lot of shots at very good targets you have a very strong chance of finding at least one company maker, your chances actually become very high. And DEVEX keeps adding more, new, great targets.
IMO DEVEX is just a matter of time, (but we also need luck and patience).
