He was educated at the University of Queensland, being conferred a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 1994. He is actively involved in teaching medical students at the Wesley Hospital and training residents and registrars at the Princess Alexandra Hospital.Dr Jhamb holds a public appointment at the Princess Alexandra and Royal Brisbane Hospitals.
