so we have wellfully sa established in Switzerland. have 3 subsidiaries, Wellfully d.o.o - a sales and marketing support, back office and service co. established in Croatia, where we have had a least 6 job appointments. Peros ltd a china holding, asian trading co. established in Hong Kong. Peros Technology & trading co. , a 300sq.m operation centre in Dongguan, China, comprising office, lab, workshop, engineering design and sourcing teams. no information on staff no.'s but you would have to assume that there would have to be more than 1/2 a dozen.

so it's going to be pretty interesting to see how our expenditure has increased in the next 4c,(including Paul's wage) within the next fortnight roughly. and apart from setting up the reduit website, what have these workers been doing ???

so we have initial plans to expand further than the beauty sector and " capturing a higher proportion of the sales revenue" is interestingly phased. wouldn't we capture all profit after costs. makes me wonder about how we are going to fund our expansion and if there isn't some sort of partnership involving finance ?

going to be an interesting few months, hopefully we will find out more at the agm or beforehand. just glad we have Steve and Paul controlling this expansion and glad we are taking control of our own fate.
