I have posed to Schapera and John Palermo who have both told me previously the subsidiaries are fully owned by OBJ (in writing) that it seems odd we are now paying for them.
I also suggested these subsidiaries cannot be built in value using OBJ tech/IP without legal agreements in place which I would have thought are material in nature for shareholders.
Lets see.
