Agree Smilez. I too had concerns following that announcement on the 19th September, so followed up and received written confirmation from the company they were wholly owned by OBJ. Obviously, I am revisiting this with Steve and old mate John Palermo to seek clarity following today’s announcement. Awaiting a response.
I think shareholders need complete clarity and disclosure on the matter before a raise can take place.
