Nice update from DVN!! Finally joins the other resi plays and appears to be getting some good momentum on the operational front.
And what is going to happen to LEI's 50% stake? Given the interest in ALZ, is there a chance that DVN might get some similar corporate interest should Hochtief elect to eject a few of LEI's non-core investments.
