one can only assume that no one from MAT actually attended the JV meetings, as it appears this DFS which has been worked on for months was a complete blindside to them. What's the end game here - to blow up the JV? who does that benefit exactly? wouldnt have thought its shareholders, so why does it appear mgmt is doing everything they can to execute that poor strategy?
