    I just bought another decent parcel for $7,48 today, remember guys the big picture, DXS and most REITs are weak because we are in a rising % rate environment, but think of it this was, the only chance we have to buy a quality BUSINESS like dxs CHEAPLY is when the sector is not liked, NOT IN TROUBLE, because dxs is not in trouble of course, but the sector is weak because % rates are rising, and this gives us the chance to pick up DXS on the CHEAP, the RBA cant keep lifting rates forever, another 3 more 0.25% rising and thats it, if the economy gets weaker but inflation does not come down, the RBA will leave rates steady, they dont wanna cause a recession or worse, when rates are left on hold, investors will step up and buy property trusts again as they chase yield, you cant buy DXS cheaply when everything is going great, when the economy is booming % rates are 1%, DXS wont be $7.50 it will be $13+, its circumstances like these that allow us to buy dxs cheaply, and this great opportunity wont last forever, a few months at best, of course when the DOW eventually crashes, and DXS drops to say $6 or less, thats the time to really back up the truck, because we know DXS wont go broke, its the best and biggest commerical property company in the country, in the meantime, average down, collect those divvies and re invest them, thats what im doing, in a few yrs even if DXS is only back to say $10 and not the $13.50 we were once, you will still have a decent holding paying great compounded divvies.
