I hold DXS as well but just how much value should we ascribe to the NTA? I'd suggest not especially much and the market seems to agree (or that's where we'd be trading).
Ostensibly we're getting 7% yield but that takes up most of their AFFO. With a slowing economy and the outlook for office space tepid at best risks probably remain to the downside.
I'm happy to hold while they're at modest gearing. My biggest concern is that they ramp up gearing with new projects just in time for a hit to their valuations. What is it with companies feeling compelled to stretch their balance sheets heading into a potential downturn.....
