everyone says during high inflation you wanna own ANYTHING the govt cant just print, the govt and RBA can print as many trillions of paper dollars as they want, but can you print an office tower? can you print an industrial park out of thin air? can you print a medical complex with tenants out of thin air? NO NO NO, thats why DXS and other reits are a good inflation hedge.
