is it true DXS pays out its entire AFFO as a dividend, i did some reading and thats what it said right?
our GEARING is about 26.9% so thats a good safe level of debt isnt it?
I have a question, say interest rates go to 8% OFFICIALLY, the RBA rate, i think they are 3.75% NOW, this is WORST case scenario, what happens to DXS? would it survive? the dividend would be slashed wouldnt it?
what about all its developments, they would have to stop wouldnt they?
anyone care to guess what would happen? would it have to do a major capital raising and dilution? or it wouldnt be that bad even at 8% RBA rate?
