Sydney - Wednesday - December 3: (RWE Aust Business News) - DEXUS
Property (ASX:DXS) is proposing an equity raising of around $300 million
through an institutional placement.
The placement price range is 73c to 84c a share.
A security purchase plan is expected to be offered to
shareholders in January.
