It would help Syrah through the next 18 months if USA,Canada and Europe bought up about 200,000 tonnes of graphite and kept it in a strategic reserve as they do other critical resources.
A decent price per tonne and then in 2026 they could produce according to the markets demand which should be them be back to normal.
