Just remember Viagra was initially formulated to treat high blood pressure until it was discovered it did other things! The fact that R327 accumulates in good numbers in the urinary tract is enough to get excited about further research in regards to problematic infections in that area.
Whether applied topically or intravenously is dependent on the site of the infection and as long as it's not toxic (which it isn't) it's all academic. We just need endorsement the darn thing works. The burns info has not been vigorous or extensive enough to date. I just wish I could get my hands on some R327 in my lab to play around with..haha. I have some lovely cultures of E.Coli just asking to be murdered.
