If you look into some of these like Paladin 190 mlbs is in jurisdictions with a ban on Uranium mining , they only own 60% of a project in Canada with 127 mlbs and 75% of Langer Heinrich. I think AEE would take it out with a 800 mlbs resource locked up in Sweden. It's resource base is low but it's the infrastructure on site that holds the value , I don't think any miners would see change from $400 million in today's climate for construction, even with low labour costs in Africa.
Also only 4 projects can restart.
