Good points there, and with this high inflation environment the start up costs have just gone up 10-20% for those without infrastructure. So even though some here are saying the MC is equal to the NPV and therefore over priced, a comparison should be made to other players based on the cost and timing to get into production. The current MC here is a lot less than the infrastructure in place based on todays costs.
