I do agree that a 4:20 Friday afternoon ann will be received by some as a hide-the-news strategy.
Mainly non holders and those who believe in the same old mantra.
You can't hide bad news any more than you can hide good news , it will have the same outcome whenever its released and people will make decisions based around it.
The overall economics have improved and the shareprice will do what it will do on Monday like every day after...
