Ann: DFS Confirms NAL Value With A$2.2B NPV, page-38

Not sure it matters in the scheme of things if this dropped in the AM, though it might have made my day a lot less productive!

Other than telling us we expect a positive ROI and rate of return, can someone explain if we can use the NPV for anything else?

Does this figure relate to FCF for dividends over LOM? Does it mean NAL is going to generate $2.2 Billion USD in cash free flow over X years and if we have 8Billion SOI - does that mean we can expect that the total dividends (after tax) receivable is a total of $0.275 USD?

I feel like i'm making some fundamental error here but maybe thats not what you can use NPV for.
