Vainglorious, there has to be some sort of forecast. Even if you forecast no change that is still an estimate into the future.
They would have done the work looking at long term price contracts that will start to pick up again over the next year or so.
Take a look at a lot of copper projects with their forecast prices, all much, much higher than where the price sits currently.
It's just that there is a slump across all metals, uranium included. Supply issues to work through on all fronts.
FWIW if BKY can get producing and those opex numbers come in, this is going to enjoy even more significant gains than PDN. The upside leverage is huge is and when we get a change in the uranium price.
