MC in OZ = A$120 - MC London = approx A$120 = approx A$240 Total
US$116 annual tax paid profit = approx A$150
So if U308 forecast prices that DFS is based on come true then at present price BKY will be generating approx 62% of it's current MC in tax paid profits each year !!
I know U308 is out of favour at present but besides that, is this undervalued ? what am I missing ?
I think I need to find some $ to buy a few more .....
