You think a multinational like Hebei is going to be happy with a minority interest at Swanson in the long run & care about the interests of a minnow like AM7? Now they got their tentacles there i think they will want more and more but hopefully i am wrong. If there is a dispute, can AM7 afford a drawn out legal dispute? I saw yesterday LPD is having legal probs with a Chinese offtake partner, also in Namibia.

I would have preferred we keep complete ownership of Swanson, even if it meant a 1/1 rights issue which if done earlier (20+ cents) would have raised enough funds to develop the mine and aggressively explore Bitterwasser. IMHO developing a company on a shoestring budget is just too timely and difficult - we should have been thinking bigger.

Anyway, the sp should find support here - level off and provide a base for a future rise if the story permits. No point whining, the time to sell has past, its probably time to be buying but for me, its just a trading stock now.
