    No, basically the South Africans wanted the asset, and based on the lack of protection from ASIC. Overseas companies can place you into liquidation by doing something as simple as not providing financing.

    Therefore it then gets sold for a pita cr to the locals that can set this up. Trust me on this one, I was very close to it and experienced first hand.
