I would have no problems at all with them doing a relatively small CR of say max 10% dilution if that means they can weather any near term storm and be in prime position when inevitably the market for vanadium improves.

That outcome is far superior then them potentially running out of cash if the bear market gets much worse in the short to mid term.

Obviously at this stage I am hoping (and expecting) to see binding off takes and finance in the coming weeks and months. But if this proves difficult they should batten the hatches and make sure they can get by for a few years. Just as a precaution to make sure they don't have to raise cash if the share price goes even lower and market sentiment is even worse (mind you the broader indexes are only down like 20 to 30%...they have lost over 50% on several occasions before, and there is no reason to assume that can't happen this time around). If they have $5M+ on the bank they should be able to get through quite a few years and we as investors have way less risk of loosing this brilliant asset.

And if everything goes well that money won't go to waist. See it as insurance.

Sound logic. I can't find the reference about them being fully funded to FID. Where was that outlined?

I have reviewed the list 5B cashflow statement published in July which forecast 1 quarter of funding available which would have brought it up to end Sept. what's the current cash position?
