the current project was announced 10 years ago with a claim "fast track to production". News flows are not that constant, I think people are really waiting out until this project has been de-risked as much as possible i.e. offtakes and financing are finally done and dusted. Reputation is not easy to earn but easily lost, so they really have to keep delivering consistently and constantly this time.
Until then, the pain is gonna persist. I don't see another way.
