A$55m MC here for a 3Moz deposit.

Reading between the lines from Matt's recent presentations I think they are going to get an Ag loan for the farms which should stop us doing big dilution down here. Goes on the EV but can easily be paid out over time.

At current spot prices the project has a A$750m NPV and 60% IRR based on the SS last year.

Since then they have added to the MRE, they have lifted grade from 0.96 to 1.06g/t and they should be able to increase reserves to 2Moz.

This means that LOM should be pushed out to 12+ years.

That means NPV should be more like A$800-900m

So even assuming a $10m loan we are trading at maybe 6-7.5% of NAV.

And people think we aren't even close to a bottom.

I am an idiot and probably go broke buying these shitcos but geez those kind of numbers don't say top to me
