Yes, the TK thing is hard to understand, with a DFS imminent and Gold firing up, why would an ex director of a company, who, if the ducks are all lined up, would sell out at such low levels when his holdings could literally be worth multi millions more in the short to medium term?
Is he purposely holding the price down, if AUC has the goods he would know, and if it does not, he would also know, so there can only be one of 3=reasons that makes sense.
1. There is a serious underlying issue with AUC, this makes no sense as the market would be more than aware, anything he knows in his role he has to disclose. 2. He is working in with a bigger feeder that wants AUC at a bargain price, this has possibility. 3. In serious need of short term cash, this also is a possibillity..
Nothing else makes sense, the “disgruntled former director” throwing his toys out of the cot does not add up, if it was on the cusp of being a winner no man in his right mind would sell out of a stock that is on the cusp of giving a multi bag return at these levels, time will tell.
