Current spot price not even on this chart. At current spot IRR is about 70% and NPV around A$1.1bn. I think that DFS should include some more ore and overall costs shouldn't have blown out much since last May. So these numbers might even improve. Slowly slowly but capital is coming back to sector. We have seen a nice bounce here.
Not to cross promote too much but AAR raised recently at 5c (shares came online on Tuesday) and share price is sitting at 6.4c. Nowhere near CR. Couple months back that would have been probably sub 5c.
Time to get funding announced and clear the decks of that fear. We have given ourselves time to work out (hopefully) non dilutive funding for the farm land. I hope they are pushing hard on the DFS.
Still trading like 7-8% of spot NPV even after lifting 50% from the lows. Barely back in the base IMO.
