The breakout has to be close now. I think institutions are factoring in that this gold rally is not a short-term event now and a major re rate is actually taking place, decreasing the chances of any falls back towards $2000usd. Eventually institutions will want to take a stake in this, so close to mine construction. But perhaps they also want to hold off until mining grant and property purchases to further de-risk their investments. Not long away now!
