Yes it must be preliminary hearing for other property on that tenement. Hopefully can be settled without going to a formal trial.
I think they just act like a mediator to start with - try and come to some sort of agreement/ settlement for access.
And im sure it is pretty common but yes, they should let us know this shit. I guess if it cant be settled at preliminary hearing they would let us know.
