Yes, 'Access and Compensation' may have to be the go for the main property. The landowner is certainly in an advantageous position and with gold booming they know what they're sitting on and are probably asking for too much money.
Yes, getting bought out now would be terrible because the TO would be pretty lousy at this low low SP.
