Probably existing mining leases from when it was previously mined where they could put the plant , guessing the leases applied for will South of that , the sad part is this should have been done several years ago not now , they seem to be playing catch up as they did with doing prelim met tests , and more different energy sources and combinations (hybrid )to run a 5 mtpa plant , to improve margin .
Maybe they need Mark Clark on the board .
